Try to Reinstall the USB Composite Device
- In the start button type run in the search box.
- After opening the run dialogue box, add devmgmt.msc and click enter.
- Then click on the plus option.
- Select a USB composite device and uninstall it.
- Then connect the USB cable to the computer again.
- After successfully uninstalling the USB composite device, you need to reinstall the drivers.
- Select found the new option and right-click on the printer symbol.
- Choose the print test page.
